生物背景，刚刚开始在公司工作。6篇文章，其中一篇Cell,一篇非第一作者的Science。
cell 和 science基本上没有被引用（发的时间比较短），其他文章引用次数加起来40
多次，很少。有两篇jounal highlight，若干篇媒体报道我的工作（sciencdaily, us
news, etc.)。有3次review的经历，没有reward(只有sigma Xi), 都没有claim. 找律
师帮忙准备的材料，claim 了三条，media report, contribution, authorship. PP
之后三天收到RFE,说的不知所云，根本没看我的材料，也不知道他到底要什么材料。律
师决定不补充新材料，直接指出旧材料包含所有需要的证据，基本上是把原来的cover
letter重新提交一遍。一周以后被据。3条基本上都没有承认，media report 的否认只
有一句话，说“the record contains no evidence of published material in
professional or major trade publications primarily about the petitioner".
Contribution说我的citation太少，推荐信没有数字客观，所以不可信。authorship也
说光发表论文不代表有natioanl or international acclaim, citation还是太少。
我运气不好，遇到了TSC的399.律师鼓励我上诉。我现在不知道应该选择上诉，还是重
新整理材料，重新提交并寄希望运气。律师人很好，也很负责任，并且免收上诉的律师
费。我只是不知道象我这个case,到底值不值得折腾？

Cell and Science they are, and how new the papers are, the citations are not

呵呵，我的确不象把责任都推在律师身上，毕竟我觉得从材料准备到推荐信，cover
letter他写的我都比较满意。在回复RFE这件事情上，也是经过我同意的，只是我经验
不足，而且最近事情很多脑子乱了。不过谢谢所有给建议的xdjm们，我不打算appeal了。
请问要等多久才可以再申请？有具体规定么？还是大概过两三个月旧可以了？
