者再参加州内比赛，然后是全国比赛。
这种能滥竽充数作为judge of work of others么？还是给高中生小朋友做judge这种的
，显的太低级了？要是对申请绿卡没啥用，我就不参加了。

Definitely no. You should not even mention it in your PL.
"Not all instances of judging carry equal weight. Judging a
competition at a local school level, for instance, is not as significant
as judging a major national competition broadcast on a top national
television network. It must be demonstrated that his sustained national
or international acclaim resulted in his selection to serve as a judge."
That's what an officer said in his/her reply to deny one's petition.

那我就不去参加这个什么高中生的judge了，浪费时间而已。
