时间地点和父母名字，见下图。请问这个能用于485么？我还需要去公证么？
这个出生医学证明最大的问题是，开证时间在出生时间后几十年，会不会有啥问题？ | p*i

2. 可以不用公正，找一个懂中文英文的同事签字就行了。
3. 我的绿卡批了，但是你自己拿主意，看需不需要公正。
4. 关于出生证，这个是我的律师给我的回信，给你参考
Dear Euchee,

person who is fluent in both Cantonese/Mandarin and English (other than
yourself) perform the translation of your Birth Certificate.
The translator must translate the document verbatim and at the bottom of the
English translation write the following:

competent to translate from the [TYPE OF LANGUAGE] language into the English
language and from the English language into the [TYPE OF LANGUAGE] language.
