have not been cashed yet. Call the 800 number, asking me to wait for 30
days.
Visa expires soon. What should I do? Should I prepare a second
application? Should I E-file all the documents that I sent out?

In my case I wait for two weeks, then the check is cashed. I think your
check will be cashed very soon. Sometimes USCIS cashes check fast, just 2-4
days after getting your package. Sometimes it takes long time.
Anyway your RD is two weeks ago, so your status is good when your visa

I got the receipt notice from USCIS after 3 weeks.
