I am also just preparing for my 140. All I say is based on my reading the posts on this board, what my lawyer told me, and the experiences of my friends. You can take what I say with a grain of salt.
Also, however strong the hard evidence is, the soft evidence and packaging are also important. Luck is also a factor there.
