Got the reply from USCIS today: You application will be requested to be
pulled and distributed to an officer for adjudication. Please allow 60-90
days to receive a decision or other notice of action.
Is that a template everybody expected to receive from USCIS? Why take so
long if application will be assigned to an officer?
Any experience? Thanks. |

Once the case is assigned to an officer for adjudication, it should be
approved pretty soon! |

发帖数: 19 | 7 给参议员的信尽量写得具体一点试试。
例如为什么我们觉得受到了不公平的待遇，（USCIS上公布的12月3日是
最后一个审理的案件的日期，以这个理由搪塞我们超过4个月的不给做SR以及提供
具体的case status是不make sense的。）还有申请人的绿卡延期会对
本人以及研究单位造成什么negative impact.
个人感觉越具体越好。
希望所有的姐妹兄弟早日拿到绿卡！
