5000左右，如果通过律师把老婆也算上是不是得再加$6000？不知道还有没有其他在几
百数量级的开支必须考虑在内？有没有可能让老婆作为绿卡受益人从而她的费用低些？

140: only for you, no need to pay for your wife (nonpp=580; pp=580+1225)
485: need to pay both for you and your wife = 2*1070 (this fee might change
by the time your NIW PD is current)
Lawyer's fee:
140: from less than 4000 to 5000

I believe that you can't file PP with NIW, only Eb1 can file PP.So the I140
is only 580$
