。大家要注意的是菜单有变化了，中间有一个地方和以前不一样，不过很容易听出来。
第一次，一个前台女的接了，然后再转给另外一个女的，第二个女的挺nice，把我要做
的事情都告诉我：要写信过去要求interfiling，最好是需要签收的信件，信封含有
interfiling字样，而且给了地址，

第二天，我早上8点再打电话过去，前台很快又转给一个officer了。这个哥们一听说是
interfiling，马上就说帮我做，看来是个办事的人。我告知他我的EB1B 140的receipt
#和PD，然后再告诉他我的485的receipt #，等了几分钟，他说做好了。然后我再让我
LD也过来讲电话，再把LD的也弄好。挂电话前，问他要了个reference #。他说15天内
会发邮件给我们确认。我们是把LD交的基于EB2的485上面的PD改为我的EB1B的PD（03/
2x/2012)
昨天收到邮件了，上面写了

好事：We are actively processing your case.
不大好的事：为什么会caused a longer processing time？我们的485file了之后不到
10天我就打电话过去要求interfiling了。另外LD没有收到这样的信，不知道是不是都
算在一起了。明天可能需要再打个电话过去确认PD改了。 |

based on EB2-NIW and received a letter, but it didn't say it is actively
processing it. What officer did you speak with? IO who is dealing with your
485?

called on March. I am not sure whether he is the guy to process my I485
because we don't know who is handling the case. What did you get in your
letter? |

发帖数: 825 | 4 I got a letter pretty much the same as yours except "Based on your request,
we researched the status of your case. We are actively processing your case"
. I called it again. USCIS told me they will process it based on the
receiving date of I-485, not on priority date of I-140 after approval.

Just got the EAD/AP combo card. Hope to get the GC in one month. |

changed on your I485. What's the progress of your case now? I still can't
check the status for I485, though.
