发帖数: 92 | 5 I am on the same boat, RD 10/03/11, RFE received on 02/28/12 (ask for BC),
no response so far. Not allowed to do SR, Infopass did not help at all, even
the senator told me my case is "within normal processing time". Hope to
green soon. Good luck to you too!

I called before and was told to call again after 60 days.I will call next

发帖数: 92 | 8 I called USCIS about a month ago, was told to wait until 60 days elapsed.
After 60 days, I called again and was told 60 days were not enough,they were
working on September's cases, I had to wait patiently for my turn. Went to
Infopass last week, the officer pretty much told me the same thing, except
that she mentioned that how lucky I was to be able to file under EB-1A
category, unlike EB-2 or EB-3, I don't have to wait for 10 years!
Really don't know what to do at this point, hopefully the processing time
will be updated again next week, and hopefully they will begin working on
Oct. cases soon.
