发帖数: 29 | 1 I submitted my I-140 form application, EB-1A on 09/19/2012 to TSC, then the
case was transferred to local field office of USCIS on 10/26/2012, then it
is kept as : "Initial Review" till now. I submitted request to Ombudsman
assistance about 2 weeks ago, and received reply 3 days ago as below:
Dear Sir/Madam,
The Ombudsman's Office has reviewed your submission and contacted U.S.
Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regarding your case.
Our inquiry was sent on February 12, 2013. Please be advised that in certain
cases, it may take up to 60 days to receive a response to our inquiry. We
will notify you when we receive information from USCIS.
If your circumstances have changed substantially, you may contact us at
c**********[email protected] and reference case number 20130290.
