Worldwide Family-Sponsored preference limit: 226,000
Worldwide Employment-Based preference limit: 144,796
EB1:
Similarly, fewer EB-1 numbers are available to fall down to EB-2 China and
India. During the second quarter of the fiscal year, 9,300 EB-1 numbers were
used. That jumped to 13,500 EB-1 numbers in the third quarter.
EB2: 7,500 (India) + 2,899 (China) + 38,000 + numbers in Aug and Sep (WW)
India: 7,500
This year, it is expected that EB-2 India will use approximately 7,500
numbers.
Worldwide: 38,000+ numbers in Aug and Sep
Earlier this year, EB-2 Worldwide demand was around 2,400 per month and
started creeping up in March. In June, demand peaked at 6,700, and with July
usage totaling 4,400 it was necessary to take corrective action for EB-2
China and India to limit future number use.
there was 80% demand increase from February to March 2015 and demand
increased more than 100% between February and April 2015.

Oct.-Feb: 2400 per month averagely.
March: 4300 (80% increase)
April: 4800 (100% increase)
May: 5500
June: 6700
July: 4400
Aug and Sep:???
Total: 38,000+ numbers in Aug and Sep
China: 2,899 ( per limit)
EB3: EB3 India should take around 9,000 spillovers up this year.
The DOS stated that more than 9,100 EB3 applicants with priority dates
earlier than January 1, 2005 are currently pending with the DOS Visa Office.
EB4: unknown
EB5: Since Cutoff dates are applied to China, there should be no spillover
