annual quota for Chinese EB1 is 2800 right?
Is it possible that chinese Eb1 485 has reached the quota so we have to wait
til October??

But,practically, they can still hold you up to certain extend to let go
other category. It is behind the curtain and nobody will know. Several cases
here are sept, 2013. I have friends with RD of Jan, 2014 and still waiting.

发帖数: 341 | 5 according to the data from USCIS by july 2014, chinese EB1 485 may have
already reached 2806
But we should be able to get 680 visa numbers from EB4
I don't believe we need to wait till October 1st if Chinese EB4 quota could
be added to chinese EB1, but it depends on DOS visa office
