According to USCIS, your I-485 application is still undergoing a background
check review. Because the background check process moves through multiple
law enforcement agencies, USCIS is unfortunately unable to speculate when it
will be returned to them for further processing.

打电话tier1/tier2 说做了SR就在继续等，提交了Ombudsman.
