发帖数: 507 | 1 485的资料从140一提交就开始准备了，因为在TSC，感觉碰上杀手的几率应该不会太大
昨天知道140批下来, 就准备赶紧周一递了。
材料不少是重的，因为担心审131/765的部门顺手从485里抽走一些文件，所以大部分是
一式三份
下面是我整个checklist, 打算寄一个包裹，其中6个folders， 主／副申请人的 I-485
/I-765/I-131 各一个folder.
请大家帮忙看看，有没有什么遗漏的。 最近要交485的小伙伴大家也一起琢磨琢磨～～
注：看到485表上把主申请人和副申请人叫做"principal" 和 "derivative" applicant
, 所以就沿用了。不知道是不是准确？
打算folder外面写上 FirstName LastName (principal applicant), I-485 and
supporting materials 类似这种, 再加上一页checklist，希望到时候分拣材料的人别
搞错了
另外， 因为暑假正好要换工作，只好提交现任和下任雇主的 job offer letters。
不然I-485 里 Item 5. Offer Letters 那一项应该是 Employment Verification
Letter (EVL)

另外，有朋友file 485时用了律师，和律师要求的checklist 比较了一下，他律师要求
提供3年的federal tax return. 供参考。
还有EB1B 的话，得有485 supplemental J 是吧？ | c*********y

笔写名字和A#（见485instruction），信封上最好也写上A#，没有A#的可以写DOB。不
要stamp，用文件夹 and/or paperclip。国内的公证书封皮千万不要copy因为只有中文
，会招rfe。
不过我很好奇Passports w/ Nonimmigrant Visa page的说法是哪来的，with visa
pages就算了，为什么强调非移民visa | m**********r

原样copy了这句
这个list也是各种地方看大家的485 checklist以及读485instruction 然后揉在一起的
，也是本着宁多勿少的想法在准备。肯定有些不需要的，希望IO不要被我烦死。。。
国内那个四页的公证之前搜到一个帖子说没复印cover page被RFE的，现在不知道到底
该不该复印cover page了
照片背后用铅笔实在写不上去呀……看I485 instruction里说可以用"felt pen”写，
好像是和marker pen差不多的一个东西，所以就用很细的marker pen写了。
