notarized copies of my original diploma 寄过去。对方在东部。。我在加州。但我
们学校不提供办理notarized copies of original diploma， 只提供notarization
letter for original diploma.然后让我到homeland security 办理certified copies.
快疯了。。
有人遇到过类似的情况吗？？
我毕业半年，有original diploma在手上，但是邮寄不安全。

一开始去local的IRS Taxpayer Assistance Center，他们说没有Notarization的服务
然后去citi bank，有这样的服务，说要父母亲自来，需要签名，这个没问题。
但是要求提供能证明父母在美国的住址的东西，比如驾照，state id，银行账户，信用
卡账户之类的。
这些我们都没有。不过citi的人说可以去UPS试试，说那里可能管得比较松。
于是我们就在网上搜了个有Notarization服务的UPS store，办成了。也需要父母亲自
去签名，但是
除了护照原件不需要其他任何东西了，每份收费6刀，两个人12刀。不知道其他地方这
样的服务是否收
费，不过也无所谓了，12刀也不算太贵。

自己申请绿卡是交上去一份。剩下的一份给父母申请过签证，又拿回来了。
接下来打算给父母申请移民（I-130），如果把这唯一的出生公证交上去自己以后就没
有了。不知道可不可以copy一份拿到mailbox去notarize,然后交notarized copy去申请
移民.
有知道的请回复，不胜感激。 |

sufficient. We can proceed with the filing but please obtain the correct
notarial certificate in the event of an RFE. Please refer to the sample I
provided earlier.

。可是我真的懒得去搞（从来没做过这个，是去邮局吗？），而且我也不想撒谎说我从
来不信啊什么的。。。

this copy (not original) needs to be notarized by Public Notary (anyone who
can do public notary, clerk at bank, etc).

都不是问题。但是这个文件需要Notarization。在美国这边就是找个Notary Public，
出示证件，当面签名，然后人家签字证明有这么个人当着我的面签字，就行了。找个邮
局就可以办理。
但是在大陆好像不行。我爸说他从来没有听说过这种事。我让他去公证处问一下，我爸
说很难问明白。我估计是公证处的服务态度不好。
我估计中国的公证处应该和国际接轨了吧？应该也可以这么办理吧？
如果真的不行，请问在中国怎么办理这种事？去派出所可不可以？
还有，这个文件的内容有些敏感，我不想让无关的人了解，那么能不能只拿着最后一页
去签字，反正只是需要人家证明是谁签了字，而不需要人家了解调查文件的内容。
大致就是这样，希望有经验的大哥大姐指点。谢谢。 |

可是他们说，如果我做，其实父母没必要去的。只需要护照原件旧可以了？
