不用去使馆,DMV纯粹是误导,规定是只要是notarized 就可以,没有说一定要使馆
Notarize.
使馆不提供这项服务.

本人F1, 美国签证过期，去瑞典做实验（两周左右），然后回中国签美国签证
向瑞典申请申根签证可以寄签Washington D.C., 而且如果tranvel purpose是做
scientific research的话可以免掉签证费

所需要的材料网页上列得很清楚，一条一条照着准备就好，和其他国家的申根签证
差不多，需要注意的有以下几点：

in Xidian... It used to need an introduction letter, or request letter, then
you'll need to get it approved by Jiao Wu Chu, which will introduce you to
Dang an guan to get the copy of your original Chinese transcript. then you
have to tranlate it by yourself, and get it approved by Jiao Wu Chu again.
Then they will make copy for you and notarize the copies. With the

That's not my fault, my parent wrote the lunar date in my ID card, but I used the solar date for all of my documents. I had the similar thing when I was applying for Step 1 exam. |

Certified copy of transcript: my understanding is just the original

不过有一件事情需要提醒大家。就是我当时是按照官网来提供的材料。等到圣诞节
前夕，收到邮件要求我提供公证件，我原以为是按照版上以前说的，随机只抽查毕业证
的公证件，但是我被要求提供两样，毕业证和国内护士执照的公证件。所以如果人在国
内的MM来之前最好把两样公证都做了。当然在美国也可以做。可是对方提出的要求大家
一定要看清。底下我附上了这封信关于翻译公证的要求。我当时是在法拉盛一家移民公
司做的。并且把这封信给工作人员看了。他们是按照第一条来做的

2. I did ECE evaluation first. AFter I received the evaluation report, I
sent application to FPGEE.
3. I got Ms. Li's letter in sealed/signed envelope and then sent it together
with the application without notarization. I had the affidavit for lack of
licensure notarized. |
