Eb1A, DIY, 无需面试(2017.3.7前485RD)，单身，非党员，有七八张B/F/H 无J签证。
Timeline:
2016.11: 开始准备，没赶上圣诞节的涨价。
2017.1: Collected all the reference letters and sent 500+ pages by USPS.
2017.2.6：140 PD
2017.2.16: 140 Aprove, prepare 485.
2017.2.27: 485 RD
2017.3.7: FP fee was received (最长期显示的状态)
2017.4.11：1st Combo card received
2017.11.6: Congresswoman replied bg completed, appropriately placed in the
processing queue from which it may be assigned to an officer for
adjudication
2018.1.3: apply for the 2nd Combo card
2018.4.18: RFE (2 pages of birth-certificate =>4 pages, health examination
report expired, continuous working in the same field, copies of all the
previous EAD cards)
2018.4.23: 2nd Combo card received after being contacted by the
Congresswoman, but an international meeting oversea was missed.
2018.4.28: RRFE received
2019.1.11: SR online, currently pending and has been pre-adjudicated. Final
review by an officer is dependent upon approval of both the Form I-140 and
visa availability based on your category and priority date.
2019.1.13: VB for Feb cut at 2017.2.8 (i'm in!)
2019.2.13: VB for Mar cut at 2017.2.22 (i'm in!)
2019.2.15: contacted Congresswoman
2019.2.21: new card is being produced
2019.2.22: Case was approved
2019.2.27: GC was received in priority USPS letter (No online update, no
email, no txt)
历时两年多，写完泪目了。。。
经验是联系Congressman/woman还是有帮助的，特别是申请第二次combo card和最后的
绿。但是一定要提供充足的理由，如国际会议邀请信，如排期到了的证据。如果没有感
觉他们也不会回复我。

是2018/12月面试后保留在local. 这就是算催的效果了吗？
