With respect to Mr. XXXX’s permanent residency case, USCIS electronic
records indicate that elements of the background check process have been
completed in this case. Following an administrative review, the Alien File
(A-File) containing your constituent’s Form I-485 was appropriately placed
in the processing queue from which permanent residency cases are assigned to
adjudicating officers at the Nebraska Service Center (NSC). According to
USCIS electronic records, Mr. XXXXX’s application was recently assigned to
an officer for further examination in the adjudication process; however, a
USCIS decision or other notice of action has not yet been issued in this
case. Please note that we are unable to grant requests for expedited
processing in Form I-485 cases.
While we are unable to determine the date on which the adjudication process
will be complete in your constituent’s case, you may follow-up with the NSC
Congressional Unit after approximately 30-45 days from the date of this
email message. We would be pleased to provide another case status update
based on the future inquiry from your office and available information. If
we can be of further assistance, please let me know.

examination in the adjudication process 就不知道是什么了。。是有别的新的检查
