主申请的case：
In regards to X’s Form I-485, please note that one of the important factors
in the completion of the Form I-485 adjudication process is the
availability of an immigrant visa number from the U.S. Department of State.
USCIS electronic records indicate that your constituent’s permanent
residency case was examined by an adjudicating officer at the Nebraska
Service Center (NSC); however, the adjudication process could not be
completed due to the current unavailability of immigrant visa numbers for
these cases.
副申请人的case:
In regards to Y’s Form I-485, USCIS electronic records indicate that an
element of the background check process was initiated in his permanent
residency case; and it is not yet complete.
看样子副申请人的background check还没有过。
不知道主申请人的case是assign给officer for adjudicating?还是排队在等待
adjudicating？
我需不需要再发信给议员帮我催一下？又怕这样把NSC给催烦了。。。
看最近爆绿的大都是主副同绿，但是我们的case副申请人background check还没过，不
知道会不会暂时不审理主申请人的case。。。需要等待副申请人的background check过
了一起来审理？ | l******4
