initiated in Mr. X’s Form I-485 case; and it is not yet complete. After
this process is complete, the Alien File containing the Form I-485 may be
referred to an administrative review to have the case assigned to an officer
for adjudication. We are unable to determine the date on which Mr. X’s
Form I-485 case will be assigned to an adjudicating officer or when the
adjudication process may be completed. If your constituent does not receive
a decision or other notice of action within 90 days, you may contact us for
an update. Please note that derivative family cases are generally
adjudicated at the same time as the primary case.
