(FSMKX) charges very low expense 0.1%, although you need 10k minimum to
invest in this fund.
Fidelity also offers a lot of other services like bond purchasing, checking
account. Fund transfer between its accounts and external bank accounts is
fast, although there's holding period (about 5 business days) for withdrawal
of incoming money.

charges account close-out fee, which I hate. it is mainly an active funds
shop, and will tempt you to buy their active funds. Its life-cycle funds are
made of active funds, which suck big time.
