从税务角度讲, 钱只要流通了, 就要交税.
比如你挣得钱, 已经交过税了, 你雇了一个tutor, 你交给tutor的钱他也要所得税. 这
个tutor用自己税后的收入请了一个plumber, 这个plumber也得交税. 一层一层交....
这个就是货币(资本)流通的代价.
不过这个从某种角度讲也合理, 因为在流通(假设是循环的)的某一个环节, 是有增值的
. 如果在循环过程中资本不递减的话, 每次循环到增值的地方, 总资本都增值, 那么整
个资本市场就爆炸了.
我不是学会计的, 粗浅的理解就是这样.

又不用交social security, medicare什么的， 就和利息收入来交税一样的。

In principle shareholders own the company, so you are actually taking money
from your left pocket and putting to the right and you pay tax.
Imagine if you yourself own the whole company, you have just use whatever
cash you have and you don't pay dividend to yourself.

business earning讨论许久, 而别的case税收没人
complain的原因吧.
不过从另一个角度讲, 也可以说公司收入和股东收入
还是两个概念, 虽然股东拥有公司, 但是钱到公司账上
和分配到股东口袋里, 还是有概念上的划分的. 可能
税法就出于这个考虑吧.
具体就不太懂了, 哪个学会计的给讲讲?
