It's not pure speculation. It's (mostly)
caused by a depreciating Dollar.
And if the supply/demand isn't supporting
this rally, it sure isn't working against
it either. OPEC seems pretty content with
this price range and the world economy is
stabilizing.

never use supply/demand to analyze commodity and currency, that's too wasy
to fail.
