if the receiver doesn't convert the USD into RMB, no limit for him/her to
save this money (in USD).
if the receiver wants to convert them into RMB, per one year s/he can only
convert $50,000 into RMB cumulatively.
If your amount is slightly higher than $50,000 (say $60,000) , some banks
will be nice enough to allow the receiver find another person to transfer
the $10,000 into his/her account and use that person's quote as well. But if
it's too much this behavior is kind of
