已经过去三个月了. 这个short sale房子，根本就没有人住一段时间了。据说是夫妻
离婚了。我的agent问了很多次listing agent,就说没有进展, lender is requesting
the documents from the seller。 昨天又问了一次，回复是: look like the seller
is not colaborating with the documents.我的agent也不是太给力。也不能指望他
太多。
我就是想问问这里的mm是否有遇到过这样的seller. 为什么seller不愿意给银行提供资
料呢？ 我猜想是不是，seller想尽量拖一段时间，现在房市比三个月前好，他们想最
后withdraw the house and put back the market with a higher listing price?那
我以前下的offer不就作废了? 或是别的什么原因。我一头雾水。 我是不是没有什么希
望得到这个房子了？
