也就是说先开一个Money Market Account（不是Money Market Fund），然后用这个账户
买基金，基金的收益直接放回这个账户，然后再用这个收益去买新的基金？
原来Money Market Account是tax-deferred？以前一直不知道啊，一直用cash account
