I'm looking for investments that 1. have higher return (basically to keep up
with inflation) and 2. relatively low maintenance.
I also really want to find ways to lower my taxes.
Living in the Silicon Valley. Home prices are crazy and inventory is very
low. So buying a home is not very likely in the near future. | y****i

but much higher rate than saving account now, including muni bonds whose
interests are tax free and investment grade corporate bonds for better

发帖数: 1204 | 3 If your investment time horizon is long enough, you can consider putting the
money in low cost index funds. Index funds tend to be tax efficient as well.
Bonds generally is not a good place to be at this time, a laddered approach
sounds reasonable, but it will be complicated, though, maybe the bond club
can help you navigate the maze, they are the experts. | r**m
