那么就买CD吧。
CD的利息还没有银行的高（比如capital360, 0.75%)
Secondary CD的rate比new issued CD的高。比如这个：
GOLDMAN SACHS BK USA NY

Yield / Type 3.243 / M Yield / Type 0.519 / M
问题：
（1）这是谁给的bid price？应该没有卖家卖吧。
（2）其实这个ask price的yield, 0.519，还是不错的。
类似的同期到期的new issued CD的利息大概是0.35-0.25。
既然这个GOLDMAN SACHS BK USA NY的利息比同类产品好这么多，风险应该很低的吧（
GOLDMAN SACHS BK）。那么谁还会买同类产品呢？
所以我觉得我的一些理解可能不对。

发帖数: 7049 | 4 1) why not? there are dealers on the bond market that trade. somebody made a
bid
2) new issues have full lots ($100k, or whatever). secondary issues have odd
lots. there is only 5K interest at the ask price (vs. 95K at bid), maybe
somebody is eager to liquidate that 5K at a slightly better price.
This is only like 4 months at such low rate, it makes no difference when the
yield differs by only 0.2-0.3% |

我的health savings account (HSA)也是钱放在那里，也不想现在放在股市里。
