Sunrise Mango Transition Update
December 28, 2017
We are writing to notify you know about some important changes to your Mango
card.
As of February 13th, 2018, Sunrise Banks, N.A. will no longer be the issuer
of your Mango card. You will soon be receiving a new card in the mail issu
ed by Metropolitan Commercial Bank (MCB) that must be activated prior to Feb
ruary 13, 2018.
Upon activation of your new MCB replacement card, your Sunrise card will clo
se and your balance will be transferred to your new MCB replacement card. If
you have automatic transfers please reference the letter from MCB Bank for
instructions on how to manage this change.
If you do not activate your new MCB card by February 13, 2018, your existing
card number will no longer be valid and all electronic transactions will be
rejected.
You will be unable to load funds to your card after February 1, 2018. You m
ay continue to use your Mango card as normal for purchases and ATM withdrawa
ls until February 13, 2018. On February 13, 2018, your existing prepaid car
d will be closed and any remaining funds will be sent to you in the form of
a paper check. For historical purposes, transaction history for your existi
ng prepaid card will be available at go.mangomoney.com.
We kindly ask that you then destroy your existing prepaid card by cutting th
e card in half. Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation and u
nderstanding in this matter. For further assistance, please contact custome
