index UL.
It shows 5% fix gain and/or float with SP-500 (but keep principle).
He claimed it is avoid VUL's limitation, but has many benefit.
Any one has good idea about its pro and con?

months ago there was a WSJ article talking about such investment vehicle.
For retail investors, there is really no need for such complicated
instruments, they are good for the issuers, not for you.

promised 10% yearly return and it ran for 20-30 years without a problem.
