我觉得不要贴在greeting里，那里该给nobel laureate的greetings就是greeting
这是nobel网站editor的错误，就该找到人让他们correct。
Please correct the WRONG statement about his birthplace.
CHANGCHUN, CHINA was NEVER part of Japan under any
circumstances so it is ridiculous to use "Changchun, China (former Japan)."
The so-called "Manchukuo" was indeed under Japanese occupation during
the Sino-Japan war (World War II). However, it has never been part of Japan
according to the Japanese government. Manchukuo was a totally different
case from Korea whose sovereignty was under the Empire of Japan
according to the Japan–Korea Annexation Treaty signed in 1910.
More importantly, Manchukuo was never recognized as an
independent country internationally.
Please correct this mistake as soon as possible. |
