第二你能不能得到phone interview很大部分因素是你的技能和公司要求是否match，所
以说简历写法很重要，对于一个工作qualification起码要有3，4个关键词match。
第三phone interview根本看不出你做的怎么样，他们只会问一下general的Research
Experience和你在团体中起到的作用，就算有几个技术问题也是比较肤浅的，真正具体
的课题细节电话根本讲不清楚，工作怎么样估计到onsite那轮才看得出来一些，不过都
到onsite，机会一般来说也比较大了。。

However, if you can have tons of publications, you will be outstanding.
I listed 35 papers in my resume, in which almost all are first authors.
The HM said my skills and expertise are very diverse, and can handle many
works.

such as Purdue, Duke. The HM graduated from Georgia Tech.
