他们竟然是double我上学的时候得奖学金得出来的,可是那是half time阿。
因为我查过一些网站关于相类似行业Eelectrical engineer的职位，上面给的数字是在
65K-75K. 我不知道那些数字包不包含fresh master. 但是我知道跟Phd没法比，他们
一般都是senior的职位，所以也没期望那么高。
所以我的问题是 50K的话在Wisconsin 对于Fresh Master 是不是平均值。希望有在
wisconsin相关背景的同学或者同事给点参考意见。

其实我知道，EE 开始可能很低，我只想合理的薪水，而不是贪婪的薪水。
我期望的是60K-70K之间。

you don't have other better offers, and if you need H1B sponsorship from the

Now I still did not get the response from HR.
That is probably the reason, when HR first gave me the number and asked me
again and again for the status, such as "do you need sponsorship" and "when
does you OPT expire"?
Let it be.

file the tax report next year.
25% bonus (5% performance + 20% individual, these bonuses do not change).
But my friend told me, we can not rely on the bonus, which costs high tax
(40%).

我也有个类似的offer, 因为薪水不够prevailing， 对方也不愿意加工资，所以放弃。 |

发帖数: 1657 | 19 其实50k在中部对fresh master来说还好了，算是平均水平了吧，相当于在纽约和加州
的70k了吧
不要和版上的牛offer比，都大于等于85k，毕竟那是少数，反正我认识的人在NYC,CA这
种地方平均base也就不到60k，在中西部也就最多50k。我是说平均，当然也有在中西部
拿6,70k的，但是好像公司都算比较大的公司 |

我已经接受了 salary,然后等着他们发 package过来，看能不能提高一下bonus什么的。
关键是还没去的onsite比这个当前的offer的onsite 还要早定下来，但是这个offer的
onsite 很快给了oral offer。连background check也没做，就给oral offer了。
有点奇怪。
