It means if the accident was the first time for that dog, there is little
room to argue for compensation. However, if the dog has been known for
biting people, the owner has the responsibility to keep the dog from biting
people again. In that case, sue the owner.
In any case, you have to take an emergency vaccine injection. Be safe. |

leash on the dog,right? if owner failed to do so , can the victim still ask
for some sort of compensation even it is the 1st time for that dog to bite?

really need to seek some professional help. You may briefly consult with a
personal injury lawyer. Many lawyers provide free evaluation service.
