We (Hina's SF office) are actively looking for an admin/office manager.
Part-time preferred, possibly ramping up to full-time position beginning of
2012.
Basic qualifications below:
• Mandarin/English speaking
• has understanding of US and Chinese business culture (office
culture)
• Responsibility includes simple accounting practice (working with
our CFO), filing/office work, invoicing, expense reports, some compliance
work (filing information with various regulatory bodies like SEC)
• We can start with 20 hours a week for Part-time. If full-time,
it'll be a first-year banking analyst candidate.
• Location: Financial District, San Francisco
• Start date: immediate
