offer没定下来也都忍气吞声了。
第一，
但是由于是第一次跳槽，当然前后两家公司业务相差很大，不知道大家有什么建议，要
写辞呈信还是什么的，提前多久说这个事情？
我的工作是9月1号开始，提前两周的话，那么当面说还是写信说？
第二，
说的话，应该还是先感谢advisor一直以来的指导，但是现在的offer更感兴趣，希望以
后还能继续合作，另外如果这个阶段两周内还有任务没有完成，我可以接着做，如果新
招人培训需要帮忙我也倾囊相授。
大家说说还有什么需要补充的呢？ |

不要长 不需要解释理由 不需要解释去哪里 也不要承诺任何事
书面东西可能会存档 少说少错
总之两句话 大爷要走了 某月某日是最后一天 感谢大家
至于工作交接和老板面谈就可以了
不要burn the bridge 至于帮多少就看你自己的人品了

注意看一下你公司有没有离职提前两周通知之类的要求。 |

You do not owe anything to your current company or the so called adviser. If
you were treated well, you could show them your appreciation. In your case,
based on what you said, just ask for a private talk with your boss and hand
out your resignation letter (a very standard one and do not try to be too
nice).
By offering too much you actually spoil your boss and cause the hardship to
the new comers. You can always show you emotion in a polite way. In most
cases, you will never go back to the company you left. No matter what you do
, I do not think that you boss would take you back or talk good about you.
So you guys are really adios. All your behaviours should be based on that
assumption.
But at the same time you do not want your other colleagues to think that you
are rude and an idiot... |
