发帖数: 400 | 1 I got an RFE for my OPT application. There are 3 paragraphes in the letter.
They are in the same font and font size. I want to confirm what USCIS wants.
"Provide this office with the neccessary evidence to clearly illustrate that
the applicant has met, and currently meets, the requisite eligibility
requirements for an Employment Authorization Document (EAD).
The background of the submitted photographs was too dark. As such, please
provide:
* Photographs: - Please submit two identical passport-style, full-face
photographs ..."
I'm confused. Is the first paragraph a general description only, which would
show up on each RFE letter? Does the USCIS want my photos only? Or the
first paragraph implies that I should submit other documentS to substantiate
my application?
Anybody has similar experience?
Any how long does it take to get my EAD produced from the day they receive
my photo? I've got a message before this RFE, which says that there's a
change of my alien number.
