最近收到一offer，在offer letter的最后一段写道：
"Your employment at xxxx is at will. You or the xxxx may terminate the
employment relationship at any time with or without reason or notice."
请问大家，这是大家offer letter里都常用的一个措辞吗？这一条款对于咱们employee
来说是不是很不利？对雇主却很有利？雇主是不是可以随便fire我呢？即使没有任何
reasonable的理由？

你如果拿到另一个更高更好的offer，可以用at will跟这个拜拜。
