因为根本无人帮忙出主意，只好想到一边接offer一边找下家这条路了。一边接offer是
为了有个随时可以应对移民局RFE的工作，一边找下家(Public health research
related jobs)是为了有了跟140更匹配的工作可以确保485批准。
但不知这种想法是否现实。比如，才到新单位没几天就找下家，简历上是否要提这个新
单位呢? 不提的话，background check发现后会说你撒谎。提的话，下家必然要问为什
么才工作几天，就要找新工作，如何回答呢？如果说自己之所以接受现在单位的offer
是因为时间紧迫，从移民局的角度必须尽快有新工作衔接，否则后果严重。所以不能像
公民和绿卡拥有者那样奢侈，可以慢慢的找工作。同时再说说自己对Public health
research一贯执着，不知道是否能打消下个雇主的疑虑。
现在为这事急的都要哭了。跪求有经验的同僚给予指导，看看我的想法是否现实，多谢

就要给我offer的单位刚刚寄给我一份文件，上面说
I authorize the Company to conduct a background investigation and obtain a
consumer report and/or investigative consumer report (collectively, “
reports”) as part of its employment inquiry. I understand that these
reports may include information about my character, general reputation,
personal characteristics, and/or mode of living. I understand that as part
of the background investigation and obtaining these reports, the Company may
make inquiries concerning my educational background; work history,
including work habits, performance, experience, and reasons for termination
of past employment; motor vehicle operation history; court records,
including criminal conviction records as permitted by law; personal
financial status; and references obtained from professional and personal
associates. I understand that this information may be obtained from personal
interviews with my professional and personal acquaintances.
根据这段话，我感觉雇主似乎什么都能查的到，比如上面提到work history,
including work habits, performance, experience, and reasons for termination
of past employment。
不知道您怎么看这段话。多谢！

就知
道隐瞒的雇主了吗？
