HUST International Talent Recruitment
Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), located in Wuhan, the
capital city of Hubei Province, in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River
is a key comprehensive university under the direct leadership of the

WNLO is one of the five national laboratories approved by the Ministry of
Science & Technology. WHMFC that is under construction is one of the big
science projects funded by the National Development and Reformation
Committee.

are full-time teachers, 11 are academicians of the Chinese Academy of
Sciences & the Chinese Academy of Engineering, over 1000 are professors and
more than 1300 are associate professors.

“青年海外高层次人才引进计划”
有关政策说明
根据中组部《关于印发<青年海外高层次人才引进工作细则>的通知》，现将“青年海外
高层次人才引进计划”（简称“青年千人计划”）有关政策说明如下。
一、引进对象和条件
申请“青年千人计划”的人选，须具备以下条件：
1．属自然科学或工程技术领域，年龄不超过40周岁；
2．在海外知名高校取得博士学位，并有3年以上的海外科研工作经历；
3．申报时在海外知名高校、科研机构或知名企业研发机构有正式教学或科研职位；
4．引进后全职回国工作；
5．为所从事科研领域同龄人中的拔尖人才，有成为该领域学术或技术带头人的发展潜
力。
对博士在读期间已取得突出研究成果的应届毕业生，或其他有突出成绩的，可以破格引
进。
二、申报评审程序
1．教育部、科技部、人力资源和社会保障部、中科院、中国工程院、自然科学基金委
联合设立平台，在海外高层次人才引进工作专项办公室指导下，开展“青年千人计划”
申报工作；
2．用人单位和海外人才达成意向后，按申报通知要求向平台提出申请；
3．平台组织专家进行通讯评审后，分批次组织会议评审，以面谈方式议定拟引进人才
名单，并进行公示；
4．对公示异议人员，由海外高层次人才引进专项办公室组织专家复审；
5．名单报海外高层次人才引进工作小组批准。
三、支持措施
1．中央财政给予引进人才每人人民币50万元的一次性补助；
2．中央财政根据拟引进人才所在学科领域、能力水平等差异，分类分档提出科研经费
补助标准（100-300万元），一次核定，按进度拨款； |
