（Senior）Director of Antibody Engineering
1. Supervise a Nanjing, China-based department of 4 PhD and staff scientists
to deliver results according to plans and milestones agreed upon by
customers.
2. Lead cross-functional projects, and deliver regular updates, certificate
of analysis, and final reports according to the specifications of customers.
3. Serve as spokesperson in both business and scientific communications with
customers.
4. Coach and develop lab personnel to upgrade capability and communication
skills.
5. Develop and acquire new technologies to upgrade lab capability.
6. Develop streamlined operation to raise efficiency and minimize the cost.
7. Work with Marketing and Sales colleagues to develop business strategy.
Qualifications
1. PhD with 1-3 postdoctoral training in molecular biology, immunology, or
related fields, plus 5-10 years of work experience in discovery research of
therapeutic proteins; industrial experience preferred
2. Proven leadership with record of results delivery by publications and/or
patents
3 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English and
Mandarin
4. Strong organizing skills and ability of tracking multiple projects
5. Creative thinking, goal-driven, and time-awareness
6. Proven record of leadership and team building
