Position Summary:
If you are someone with a strong passion for new technology, with excellent
communication, organizational and problem solving skills, and a confident
presenter who enjoys working creatively as part of a talented, motivated and
energetic team, if so, we may have a place for you at PQ Labs Inc. You will
work with our sales and marketing team to engage with all the sales
prospects, understand and assess customer requirements, prepare and present
demonstrations of PQ Labs products, and address technical questions that
arise throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop and establish new and expanded inbound sales
opportunities
• Provide an excellent customer experience, by solving customer issues
including technical and non-technical areas in a manner that exceeds the
customer expectations
• Seamless customer management through all phases of the customer
relationship -- working with internal department to support the customer on
the billing process, logistics and support personnel
• Communicating regularly with customer to evaluate satisfaction and
proactively identify future needs
• Conduct ad-hoc activities such as collecting data for feedback,
assisting with marketing campaigns and events and planning and coordinating
sales activities and events.
• Execute and deliver high quality solutions to Request for Proposals
from potential customers
• Provide customer requirements feedback to marketing and product
management
Requirements:
• BA/BS in engineering related degree is desirable but other majors
can be considered if you have a strong passion about technology.
• Good presentation and English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Superior attention to detail and persistency in solving problems
• Team player and "Get thing done" attitude
• Proven record of building a strong customer relationship is a plus.
• Over 1 year experience in a similar or related role is preferred.
• Bilingual is desirable
• New Grad with strong academic performance are welcome
