This position is located in Taiwan and is responsible for lithography resist
material project delivery. Key areas of responsibility are:
1. Develop a new generation lithography resist materials for advance process
application.
2. Hands-on experience in resist formulation optimization, lithography
related material development to meet industry standard.
3. Knowledge in interface defect and cleaning control.
4. Team management and people development.
Requirement:
1. Minimum Master or PHD in chemistry related field.
2. At least 2 years or above working experience in resist development, or
lithography process or module process.
3. Additional experience in cleaning/interface technology development, IP
specification, qualification and IP application will be a plus.
4. Proven capabilities in program management, willing to make commitment.
5. Good communication skill, fluent in both English and Mandarin is
preferred.
