发帖数: 8 | 1 We are currently in need of a Business Analyst / Project Manager with
experience in eTrading platforms for Fixed Income for our financial client
– a major player in the investment bank world.
This is a 6 months renewable contract job.
The NY eTrading development team is responsible for delivering global
solutions for the Rates Business, which includes rates derivatives and cash
USD Government Bond trading. The head of Rates eTrading IT is in Europe,
where the global head of the Rates Business is headquartered. The primary
tools used for the Government bond eTrading desk include eDefix (in-house
Pricer/RFQ) and Bloomberg TOMS for position / P&L / Risk Management.
The ideal candidate should have experience in electronic trading platforms,
from the BA/PM perspective. He or she should be knowledgeable of other
platforms within the same arena, be able to communicate effectively with
users world wide while at the same time provide proper leadership to the
development resources.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE (in order of importance)
Including: Education, technical knowledge (number of years), company/
industry experience, IT knowledge (levels required), languages etc.
> 5-7 years experience as a lead business analyst and / or project manager
in the financial industry with a strong and proven background in change and/
or project management
> Strong relationship management skills with proven history in dealing with
stakeholders and globally distributed project teams
> Proven ability to manage and work within multiple projects, priorities and
demands in an efficient and dynamic manner that is proactive.
> Strong knowledge of USD electronic market with actual experience with
applications dealing with pricing, electronic distribution, quoting,
execution and STP.
> Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environment
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
> Rates products with focus on USD Government Bonds and rates derivatives –
from FO perspective: pricing, curve building, P&L, Risk , etc.
> Experience delivering projects globally across a number of asset classes
> Project Life Cycle and Project Management training such as Prince2 or Six
Sigma Yellow Belt upwards
> May have a background in development or the business and have migrated to
a project manager or business analyst role.
