An international education firm locates in Burlington MA is seeking an
experienced and dedicated accountant. The duties include the following:
-Daily/Weekly
• Accounts Payables -- input invoices, run A/P reports, check runs,
filing
• Accounts Receivables -- collections, posting wire payments,
reporting
• Bank Accounts -- update regularly
• Billing/Revenue Recognition Spreadsheet -- add billing/revenue
recognition
-Monthly
• Bank Reconciliations
• Journal Entries
• A/P and A/R Reconciliation to Balance Sheet
• Shared Overhead -- prepare and input into General Ledger
-Quarterly
• Journal Accrual entries
• Quarterly Review
Annually
• Meet with CPA for annual tax report
• Closing Journal Entries
• Prepare financial reporting and analysis
-Qualifications:
Accounting degree plus 3 years of accounting experience.
Mastery of Quickbooks
Ability of speaking Mandarin Chinese is high desired.
