The incumbent is to lead an Analytical R&D, Stability group (approx. 30 - 40
Scientists) in ASC to conduct all analytical and stability activities from
early phase, late phase through to commercial phase support for API, drug
product, and support of regulatory filing.
2-JD DMPK SuZhou LA PK Director or above
Department: DMPK Report to: DMPK head Location: Su Zhou
1. Lead large animal PK function through expertise in the designing,
implementation, and in-depth analysis/interpretation of preclinical DMPK
studies within DMPK business unit. Supervising scientific and technology
development, strategic planning, and resources support, etc. Participate in
DMPK leadership Board representing large animal PK and contribute to the
strategic discussion for DMPK.
3-JD DMPK Nanjing Site Head （Director / Sr. Director）
Department: DMPK Report to: DMPK Head Location: Nanjing
Enforcing relevant laws, regulations, guidelines, policies, and mandatory
industrial standards. Executing related policies of the company's management
system. Safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the company.
NO 4-JD Director/Senior Director of Formulation
Lead the formulation development and Clinical Trials (CT) product
manufacturing groups within the PDS department; function as both, a
technical lead as well as a project co-ordinator role.
NO 5-JD Pre-formulation Head（Senior Director or above）
Department: PDS Report to: PDS Head Location: Shanghai
Manage Pre-formulation department about 40+ team member including group
leaders and technical scientists, work closely with the PDS Head to meet
project timelines, departmental goals, and customer requests.
NO 6-JD Head of Pharmaceutical Development Service (ED and above)
Department: PDS Report to: PDS Head Location: Shanghai
Be responsible for leading the Pre-formulation & formulation development
Team within the PDS department; function in both, a business as well as a
technical role.
Contribute to growth of PDS business by using existing contacts and
establishing contacts with new customers.
Have independent business development responsibility for revenue targets for
contribution to department revenues.
Build new capabilities within the Pre-formulation/formulation group, by
building up team and by evaluating new technologies/ equipment which can
bring value to the customers.
