具体的工作内容如下
POSITION SUMMARY:
Process and track purchase orders from the time an order is received through
ship confirmation for International & domestic accounts.
Create forecast projections for Production Dept to replenish inventory
effectively.
Communicate professionally and effectively both internally and externally.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
ESSENTIAL DAILY FUNCTIONS:
• Receive purchase orders via phone call, fax, and email and verify
accuracy of pricing, inventory availability and other conditions
• Direct purchase orders to proper departments and create Pro forma
invoices that follow compliance guidelines
• Communicate, coordinate and follow up with shipping facilities,
brokers and third-party transportation companies to ensure shipments are
received, routed and shipped on time
• Communicate purchase order out-of-stocks and any ship-window
adjustments to Sales and/or customers
• Create shipping documents as needed, such as invoice, packing
list etc
• Review and monitor Open Order Report to ensure all purchase
orders ship as scheduled
• Maintain accurate records and reports for Sales and Accounting
departments
• Respond to product inquiries from consumers via telephone and
email
• Perform other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Prior experience with order processing is highly desirable
• Strong dedication to teamwork and problem solving
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, follow-up and meet deadlines
• Strong knowledge of MS Outlook
• Intermediate experience with Excel, specifically for use in
calculations and reporting
• Familiarity with QuickBooks a plus
Bilingual in Mandarin is required.
