Job Description
This position is responsible for the research and development of machine
learning and deep learning, based on the scenarios that users use weibo. You
will assist the business team to improve overall business and optimize the
user experience.
Job Requirement
• Master degree or above, machine learning, pattern recognition,
computer vision, image processing and other related fields as research
directions
• Strong at machine learning or data mining, familiar with classic
algorithms, have practical experience, such as LR, SVM, GBDT, FM, etc.
• In-depth study in deep learning, computer vision or machine
learning
• Familiar with common deep learning neural networks, CNN
classification network, DNN, RNN/LSTM, Reinforcement Learning, etc.
• Familiar with any deep learning open source framework such as
Tensorflow / MXNet / Caffe
• Proficiency in Python/Java and common data structure algorithms,
strong hands-on ability, strong algorithm analysis and programming
capabilities. Familiar with development under Linux
• Proficiency in reading English papers in related fields and put
theories into practice
• Logical thinking, good communication skills and problem-solving
abilities
• Overseas education and work experience preferred

• Relevant large-scale engineering development experience

• Good ranking in different competitions such as Kaggle
• Deep learning framework development and optimization experience
