主人吓呆了，在这个过程中没有反抗。不过警察很快就到了。抓住那人。并且告诉车主
人，以后再遇到这种情况，一旦你的玻璃被他打碎了，你就可以想法撞死压死对方。不
会追究责任。这是在德州可以行得通。据我所知，在new jersey, 就不行。大家知不知
道在其他州，怎么规定的。尤其想知道Georgia的情况。 |

TX is famous for protecting people in their own home.
not sure about Georgia. but in theory it has to be proportionate to the
danger. Eg, if it's apparent (or it can be proved that you knew/should have
known) that you did not have to kill the person to be safe, self defense
will not be a good argument. Some states require you to fleet if that's
feasible. I would guess Georgia is closer to Texas than CA/NY. |
