USPTO has deemed my application incomplete, because I have failed to make a
showing that my foreign education is equivalent to education received at an
accredited U.S. college or university. According to General Requirement
Bulletin, Page 8, xiii(f) "Other Education", I need to find some accrediting
organization to get my degree and transcript accredited.
Does anyone have a similar experience? I would like to find out contact
information of accrediting agencies recognized by the USPTO.

transcript does the job. |

Have they changed policy recently? Anyway, can anyone tell me where to get
the transcript accredited?
